A Jewish group has accused pop singer Michael Jackson of anti-Semitism based on remarks he allegedly made in 2003, the BBC reports."Good Morning America" aired on Tuesday what it claimed was a telephone message in which Jackson referred to Jews as "leeches." In response, the Anti-Defamation League called on the star to apologize, claiming he had "an anti-Semitic streak."Jackson's spokeswoman said the singer had no comment. The message was among several released by an attorney for Jackson's former adviser Dieter Wiesner, who is suing the pop star for $64 million, alleging breach of contract and fraud.In the message, Jackson allegedly said: "They suck ... they're like leeches ... It's a conspiracy. The Jews do it on purpose."Abraham Foxman, the Anti-Defamation League's national director, said, "It is sad that Jackson is infected with classically stereotypical ideas of Jews as all-powerful, money-grubbing and manipulative."In 1995, Jewish groups reacted angrily to Jackson's song "They Don't Care About Us," which included the lyrics: "Jew me, sue me, everybody do me."The singer apologized, saying he had intended to demonstrate the hatefulness of racism.
HammerTime: Who cares about anything this freak does anymore? There comes a time when shock turns to apathy. That reached critical mass with the Hammer many years ago. This is simply an ugly man - in many senses of the word. A conspiracy theory? WHAT was a consipiracy theory about the Jewish people? It's no secret Jewish people run Hollywood - was was the context of the remark? - note it conspicuously absent.
The "Jew" me line in one of his songs was on the 'HIStory' album. In it's context, "Jew me" very obviously meant 'vilify me', or 'persecute me as the Jews have been'.
The more sinister underbelly of this story is just 'what' is Jackson complaining that Jews do - particularly in the light that Jewish people own most of the industry he works in? Are the Anti-Defamation League going after him for a petty slur, or is this POLITICAL vilification, since the freak is an extremely-popular punching bag - for anyone from any walk of life.
What is the ADL's agenda? What would it benefit them to put another kick in the ribs of a media circus performer who is already very much down on his knees?
J'accuse', ADL. Anyone who says ANYTHING against Jewery, no matter how much it may or may not be grounded in fact, can have their private phone messages aired in public, and be vilified by you for having a private opinion?
This is 2005 - not 1984!

Wait until you see the 'Remember the Holocaust' posts, should someone take note of this. Wait until you see me reply by stating that Ariel Sharon is a satanic war criminal, and is responsible for the deaths of 1000's of Palistinian Christian Jews - more Nazi than Hitler. Wait until you see the documentary 'The Worm Children', where the Israeli government - in tandem with the US - gave massive doses of Xray Radiation (up to 3,500 times the acceptable limit) to the children ofNorthern African working class Sephardic Jews. They were told this was a treatment for ringworm before they could be set loose from quarantine, and could enter Israel.

If you think I'm defending Jackson in this post for _anything_, you have comprehension problems. The blog was largely about wether Jewish people who run the industry Jackson is in warrant the veracity of the accusation he made whilst leaving a private phone message on someone's answering service.
But you didn't get that far, did you? Sigh...
Your problem is that you probably work from the assumption that since you have astonishing powers of observation, that everyone else is far more dumb than you - ergo, you strike out at a straw man, knock it down, then feel good for a while. You then think that you are better than Jackson, my venerable self - therefore you've taken the moral high hand.
No, I do not hate anyone who is different than me. No, I do not hate Jews - just people who use 'being jewish', who are intolerant of everyone else other than themselves - the ones who run the Anti Defamation League.
Do I think Palistinians are right about - what- practicing the Christian faith? I think ANYONE who practices the Christian faith is on the right path. Do I think they are right at feeling more than a mite ticked off about being slaughtered whilst taking solciste in Lebanon - most definately!
Do I think Sharon is a war criminal? Yes - most assuredly.

Genocide 101: A few points for Mr Anonymous' Historical Edification.
In 1982, Ariel Sharon (see http://www.zpub.com/un/wanted-as.html) allowed Christian Lebanese Philange units into Shabilla and Chatilla refugee camps, and _THEY_ conducted the massacre of THOUSANDS of Palastinian Muslims AND Christians. Sharon did nothing to stop them.
Christian/Moslem/Jew - nothing to do with it. Murder? Everything.
Therefore your ingorance of history condemns you. Before you open 'la bush', you should marshal significant evidence to warrant posing an argument - especially since you positioned it against a set of propositions which the article you posted to did not exist in said article.

You're missing the point. What Jackson looks like is not the issue, although it's a voluminous issue for those who care. It's the issue of what Jackson is saying about Jewish people, in an industry which is largely dominated by wealthy Jews. The point is what is Jackson claiming that they are up to.
Insect mandibles? I thought it looked like he had ancillery nostrils, or valves, on the tip of his nose - heavens knows why. Jackson usually has a fantastic medical excuse for all of his facial rennovations.
